1300 Submitted films to YFF Skopje 2020

The open call for the submission of short films for authors up to the age of 24 from the whole world has closed. The festival will take place on the 28th and 29th august in Skopje, Cinematheque of Macedonia, and the selected films will be announced tomorrow, 21st august. The open call gathered a total of 1300 films by young, up-and-coming directors from Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, Norway, Ireland, Spain, France, Germany, USA, Brazil, Iran, China, Korea, Japan and many other countries. The festival will select a total of 20 short films divided into 3 programs: 10 in the home program, 6 in the short fiction program and 4 in the short documentary program. The films will be shown on the two festival days beginning at 20:00 o’clock.
